By purchasing an entry ticket, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules.

 

1. Supervision:

* Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during their visit to Miniversal Kids Cafe. Our staff is here to assist and ensure a safe environment, but ultimate supervision lies with the parents or guardians accompanying the children.

 

2. Play Area Guidelines:

* Shoes must be removed before entering the play areas, and socks must be worn at all times. Children must wear grippy socks. 

* Children should refrain from rough play, pushing, or climbing on equipment in an unsafe manner.

* Use play equipment and facilities as intended, and do not tamper with safety features or signage.

 

3. Food and Beverage:

* Miniversal Kids Cafe is a nut-free zone to ensure the safety of all our visitors. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of baby food and birthday cakes (only in the party room) brought for celebrations. We kindly ask that customers refrain from bringing any items containing nuts or nut products due to allergy concerns. 

*  If customers bring in outside food into our centre, they will be kindly asked to dispose of it. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy. Thank you for helping us ensure the well-being of all children.

 

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene:

* Wash hands before and after playing and eating, using soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

* Use hand sanitizers provided throughout the facility for additional hygiene measures.

* Dispose of diapers and waste in designated bins.

 

5. Time Limit Policy:

* Customers are required to follow the time allocated on their ticket upon entry to Miniversal Kids Cafe. To ensure fairness and accommodate all visitors, please adhere to the specified time limit of your ticket. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. 

 

6. Liability Disclaimer:

* Miniversal Kids Cafe is committed to providing a safe environment for all visitors. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur inside our center. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring their safety during their visit. By entering Miniversal Kids Cafe, visitors acknowledge and accept this liability disclaimer. 

 

7. Safety Measures:

* Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff.

* Report any spills, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to staff immediately.

* In case of emergency, follow evacuation procedures and listen to instructions from staff.

 

8. Health Policy:

* For the safety of all visitors, we kindly request that individuals refrain from entering Miniversal Kids Cafe if they are feeling unwell or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications. We prioritize the well-being of our guests and strive to maintain a healthy environment for everyone. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated. 

* If you notice any individuals who are unwell, noxious or suffering from any form of injury while at Miniversal Kids Cafe, please notify our staff immediately. 

 

9. Respect and Courtesy:

* Treat fellow visitors, staff, and equipment with respect and courtesy.

* Use appropriate language and behavior while in the facility.

* Respect the personal space and property of others.

 

10. Party and Event Guidelines:

* For birthday parties or private events, please adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and guest count.

* Decorations and party favors should be set up and removed within the designated time frame.

* Any additional services or requests should be communicated with staff in advance.

 

11. Photography and Videography:

* Respect the privacy of others and obtain permission before taking photos or videos of children or other guests.

* Miniversal Kids Cafe may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please inform staff if you prefer not to be included.

 

12. Damage Policy:

* Customers are responsible for any damage caused to toys, equipment, or furniture during their visit to Miniversal Kids Cafe. In the event of damage, customers will be required to compensate for repair or replacement costs. 

 

13. Lost or Stolen Belongings Policy:

* Miniversal Kids Cafe is not liable for any lost or stolen belongings on the premises. However, we understand the importance of security and can provide CCTV footage upon request to aid in the filing of a police report. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we recommend visitors to keep their belongings secure at all times. 

 

14. Smoking and Alcohol Policy:

* Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises of Miniversal Kids Cafe. Failure to comply will result in serious consequences and you will be asked to leave immediately. 

 

15. Compliance with Regulations:

* Failure to comply with the regulations and rules may result in the removal of the individual or group from the premises.

* We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve our services and facilities. Please feel free to share your thoughts with our staff or management team.

 

17. Terms and Conditions Modification:
