Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in activities at Miniversal Kids Cafe may involve inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to:

• Physical Activity: Risk of injury from falls, collisions with other participants, or improper use of equipment.

• Play Equipment: Potential for injury due to the nature of climbing structures, slides, and other play equipment.

• Interaction with Other Children: Possibility of accidental harm resulting from interactions with other children in the playcentre.

• Surrounding Environment: Potential slips, trips, or falls on various surfaces, including play areas, walkways, and seating areas.

• Food Allergies: Risk of exposure to allergens despite our nut-free policy, including the potential for cross-contamination in shared spaces.

While Miniversal Kids Cafe implements safety measures and staff supervision to minimise these risks, I acknowledge that it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with these activities. By allowing my child to participate, I assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur, and agree to waive any claims against Miniversal Kids Cafe for injuries, including serious injury or death, that may arise from participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of my child’s participation at Miniversal Kids Cafe, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Miniversal Playcentre, its owners, directors, employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child or to any property belonging to me, arising from participation in activities at Miniversal Kids Cafe.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorise Miniversal Kids Cafe to seek medical treatment for my child if deemed necessary. I understand that Miniversal Kids Cafe will make every effort to contact me or my emergency contacts before administering medical care.

Rules and Guidelines

I agree to follow all rules and guidelines established by Miniversal Kids Cafe to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my child’s removal from the playcentre without a refund. For detailed information, please review our Rules & Regulations page.
